Ben has been practicing law since 2004. After graduating from Hamline University School of Law and the University of Wisconsin, Ben worked as a law clerk in Minnesota’s 10th judicial district to the Honorable Michael J. Roith. Since then, Ben has handled hundreds of cases for a variety of clients while working for several small law firms and now, in his own practice in Edina, MN. Ben also acts as a Conciliation Court Referee in Minnesota’s Tenth and Second Judicial Districts. Additionally, Ben also runs a hospitality industry liability consulting business which involves the training of thousands of Minnesota restaurant service workers each year.
Ben lives in South Minneapolis with his wife Deirdre and their daughter, Murphy, and dog Charlie. He also serves on the Board of Volunteer Lawyers Network, and is a member of the following organizations:

In his free time, Ben enjoys down-hill skiing, snowmobiling, boating paddle boarding and fishing-just about anything on water-and working in the garage.
