More About Ben

Ben GisselmanBen has been practicing law since 2004. After graduating from Hamline University School of law, Ben worked as a law clerk in Minnesota’s 10th judicial district to the Honorable Michael J. Roith. Since then, Ben has handled hundreds of cases for a variety of clients while working for several small law firms and now, in his own practice in downtown Minneapolis. Ben also runs a hospitality industry liability training business which involves the training of hundreds of Minnesota restaurants each year.

Ben lives in South Minneapolis with his wife Deirdre and their daughter, Murphy. He also serves as a public official on Minneapolis’ City Planning Commission which oversees commercial development in the City of Minneapolis, and Ben is a member of the following organizations:

In his free time, Ben enjoys running, paddle boarding and fishing-just about anything on water, cross country skiing, and working in the garage.
